All items are shipped within 5 working days of payment being received. Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class 'recorded' delivery to guarantee safe receipt. All packaging is discreet with no company name or logo visable.
INTERNATIONAL
Worldwide postage now available. All items are sent via Royal Mail 'tracked' delivery. Items are dispatched within 5 working days of payment being received. Please allow upto 10 days for delivery, this may vary depending on Country. All items are posted in discreet packaging with no company name or logo visable.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely via paypal using any major credi/debit card. Once payment has been received your order will be shipped (see shipping policy).
RETURNS
RETURNS are accepted on lingerie items ONLY. Item MUST be sent back within 7 days of receipt in original packaging with tags in tact for a refund to be issued. After 7 days has lapsed, you can return for exchange ONLY. Buyer is responsible for paying the costs of returning any item. Once item has been received and checked a refund will be issued within 48hrs (providing it meets with the 7 day policy) otherwise your exchange will be sent out within 5 working days.
FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES vibrators, lubes and other toy's CANNOT be returned for refund once opened. In the event that your product is faulty you can return for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning.
